Shipping Policy
At Asari, each order is prepared with care before it leaves our studio. We take time to ensure every piece arrives as intended, from packaging to final inspection.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Method
All domestic orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage.
At this time, Asari ships exclusively within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Complimentary shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $60.
Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or high shipping volume may occasionally occur.
Asari is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, though we will always do our best to assist when possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@asaricollections.com
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, or the local carrier. While Asari cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered, we will work with customers to help resolve issues whenever possible.
