Return Policy

We want every Asari piece to feel considered, personal, and lasting. If for any reason your order is not right for you, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • In the same condition in which they were received

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Request Process

To begin a return, please contact:

Please include your order number and reason for return in your message.

Once your return request has been approved, additional return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Asari is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom pieces

  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, Asari does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend initiating a return request and placing a new order separately.
